Perfect Patches is owned and inspired by Monica Richards—a registered nurse, former EMT paramedic and mother from Texas who has spent her life taking care of people.

Long before the nursing degree and ambulance calls, Monica was the child who loved making things. Home décor, remodeling and design—if it involved creating something beautiful with her hands, she was drawn to it.

That instinct never disappeared. It simply waited for the right moment.
